[Bug] Claude Code CLI unable to access Claude fable 5 despite valid subscription

Bug Description
It seems that i can't use fable 5 even though i have a max x5 sub, this issues is only on claude code in terminal on the desktop app i'm able to use it freely i already did a full re install and tried on different folder but each time the credit window appears.
I also tried activating credit usage without buying some and it doesn't work but it new that the balance was empty, i also had it working inderectly being used by a skill.
