[Bug] Rapid Context Exhaustion in Agent Sessions

Question

**Bug Description**
I'm not sure what is wrong - but my agent sessions are immediately hitting 1% context. I'm not exactly sure what's changed that has caused this. My repository is a bit bigger, but it's been bigger than this before and didn't have this issue.
