Bug: Opus 4.5 runs out of context immediately (switches to compact mode) after minimal input, while Sonnet 4.5 (1M context) works fine with identical setup.
Version: Claude Code 2.0.54
Model: Opus 4.5
Setup: 16 MCP servers, MAX_MCP_OUTPUT_TOKENS=100000
Behavior: Sonnet 4.5 handles same setup without issues, Opus 4.5 exhausts context after single text input
This appears to be model-specific context window misconfiguration.
