[BUG] Stopped due to usage limits being reached, but I’m only at 64%.

Preflight Checklist

  • [x] I have searched existing issues and this hasn't been reported yet
  • [x] This is a single bug report (please file separate reports for different bugs)
  • [x] I am using the latest version of Claude Code

What's Wrong?

I got a message saying I reached my usage limit, but I haven’t. I’m at 64%, and I can’t continue in Claude Code because of it. It’s happening only on the desktop version; the web version seems to let me continue.

What Should Happen?

It should not show an error that I've reached my limit if I haven't.

Steps to Reproduce

Go into Claude Code on desktop. You haven't reached your limit, but you get a message saying you have. I'm not sure how else to show you, I tried uploading an image, but it doesn't seem to work here. It's only showing the file path, so I'm not sure how you'll be able to see it.
