[BUG] Limits reached in 10min for doing nothing

What's Wrong?

I started a new Claude Code session and it ate all the 5 hour limit without doing anything, just asking a simple question, which was to check if my local repo was in sync in the remote so Claude Code ran `git fetch origin && git status && git log, gave an answer and 8min later I was at 100% for doing absolutely nothing else

All I did was track usage using the

/usage command just to see how the 5h limit was increasing for just typing the /usage command (see image attached)

What Should Happen?

After answering my question it shouldn't consume any usage

I don't even know how to reproduce it, all I did was, go a to a repo folder on my PC, ask if it was synced, and that was it
