[Bug] Usage limits overcounted due to prompt caching bug in v2.1.62

Bug Description
I upgraded to Max 20x ($200/month) yesterday. After just two sessions my weekly limit is at 34%. Today, 7% of a 5-hour session on Sonnet burned 3% of my weekly. At this rate I'll hit the weekly wall in 2-3 days on a plan that's supposed to last a week.
Yesterday I was on v2.1.62 which had a prompt caching bug that your team already confirmed and hotfixed. My tokens were overcounted because of YOUR bug, not my usage.
I need my weekly usage counter reset to reflect actual consumption, not inflated numbers from broken caching. I just paid $200 — I expect to actually be able to use what I paid for.
