`claude agents` doesn't show running agents

Description

The claude agents view does not display currently running agents. In a session with 2 agents actively running, claude agents listed neither of them.

Steps to reproduce

1. Start a session with 2 running agents
2. Open the agents view via claude agents
3. Observe the list

Expected behavior

claude agents should list all running agents (2 in this case).

Actual behavior

claude agents shows no running agents, even though 2 are active.

Environment

• claude --version: 2.1.156 (Claude Code)
• Platform: macOS (Darwin 25.4.0)
