What's Wrong?

OS: Windows 11
Terminal: Windows Terminal (PowerShell)
Claude Code: v2.1.143
复现步骤：开机第一次打开 agents 界面 → 进入任意任务 → 按 → to return 返回 → 所有键盘输入完全无响应
只有开机第一次必现，鼠标箭头闪动后消失

What Should Happen?

After pressing "→ to return" from a task, the agents list should regain keyboard focus and arrow keys/space should work normally.

Steps to Reproduce

First boot, open Windows Terminal
Run claude, enter agents view
Select any task and open it
Press the return key to go back to the list
All keyboard input is completely unresponsive
