[Bug] Claude Code consuming excessive tokens without completing simple tasks on Claude 3.5 Sonnet

Bug Description
almost last 4 session claude code not doing anything just consume my tokens , and tasks are really simple , all those 4 sessions i proceed with claude ai opus 4.8 , again and again claude code almost consume 40-50k token and do nothing. I mean as a solo individual i now i cant do anything but its a real problem
