Problem Statement

It would be handy to have the possibility, to add comments to the normal chat dialog, like you can do in the Plan-File. And of course a button to send the comments. It's not clear, what has to happen, bevor the comments are committed. It seems, Claude has to end or pause plan-mode, to actually receive the comments

Add "send comments" command
