[FEATURE] Make Claude aware of /buddy comments

Problem Statement

/buddy is great and finds lots of issues that must be actioned on. Right now there is a tiny pop-up box that disappears quickly. I have to copy/paste the text into the prompt to make claude code aware of the comments.

Proposed Solution

Make Claude aware of the comments and provide an option to send the comments directly to Claude.
