[FEATURE] Feature Request: Localization support for Buddy companion comments

Problem Statement

Description

Currently, the Buddy companion displays comments only in English. It would be great if Buddy's comments could be localized based on the user's language
preference or system locale.

Use Case

For non-English speaking users (e.g., Japanese speakers), Buddy's comments feel disconnected from the rest of the experience — especially when Claude's
responses are already configured to be in the user's native language. Having Buddy speak in the same language would make the experience feel more
cohesive and friendly.
