[Bug] Session freezes mid-task requiring Ctrl+C restart

Bug Description
I really like Claude Code and use it every day, but a few recurring issues hurt the experience: 1. It freezes mid-task. Pretty often the session just hangs with no output, and my only fix is to press Esc / Ctrl+C and start the request over. It happens several times a day and is my biggest frustration — I lose my place and have to re-prompt. 2. The "thinking" phase stalls. While the yellow "thinking" indicator is showing, it sometimes sits there for 2–3 minutes with no visible activity, and I can't tell if it's actually working or stuck. A clearer progress signal (or a timeout/auto-retry) would help. 3. Random "invalid tool" errors. Lately I've started getting "invalid tool" errors at random, on requests that should work fine. It feels intermittent, not tied to anything specific I do. 4. Georgian text quality. When writing in Georgian it sometimes mangles the output — dropping/scrambling letters and producing garbled strings (e.g. repeated nonsense like "ცააცაცაცა"). Georgian is noticeably less reliable than English. None of these stop me from using Claude Code, but #1 and #2 break my flow multiple times a day. Happy to share session logs or examples if it helps you reproduce them. Thanks for building this — great tool, I'd just love it to be more stable.
