[Bug] Claude Code CLI hangs and freezes, requiring forced termination

Bug Description

When I'm executing my request, it freezes and doesn't respond to anything except closing the tmux tab, creating a new one, and launching Claude Code. This has happened three times in 20 minutes. As a result, I'm wasting context, time, and money reloading it.
