[Bug] CLI hangs after task completion requiring escape to recover

Bug Description
After Claude finishes some task it hangs e.g.:\
Baked for 6m
✳ Nesting… (esc to interrupt · 20m 34s · ↓ 0 tokens)\
\
and keeps in this state, after providing new prompt+enter it keeps hanged. I must click Escape, provide new prompt and then it works. OSX in multiple terminals.
