[Bug] CLI hangs mid-conversation requiring session restart

Bug Description
some reason since yesterday, randomly mid way, u send a message nothing happens, u send another message nothing happens. then u have to completely stop the chat / session.

Yup been getting this issue myself since updating to v2.0.60
Same here. As soon as i start a second session in the same project.
This is what happens when you do a major upgrade before the weekend.
Getting "Image was too large. Double press esc to go back and try again with a smaller image" even with a single small image as well.
Multiple instances are not working.
It was working great before and now it's unusable. Such fine tool but now a waste.

2.0.61 did not solve it. Still the exact same issue when running more than two terminals

If I log out and log in, and only have one window open, I can keep working, but multiple sessions causes issues immediately with the first.
