[BUG] Claude Code routes Max plan OAuth to API billing — slaterjoneschris@gmail.com's Organization

What's Wrong?

Account email: slaterjoneschris@gmail.com
Issue: Claude Code v2.1.146 OAuth authenticates successfully
but binds to "slaterjoneschris@gmail.com's Organization"
(API billing) instead of personal Max subscription.

/status shows: Profile: credentials-file · user_oauth · profile default
Welcome banner shows: "API Usage Billing"
Expected: "Max Plan"

Troubleshooting completed:

• env | grep anthropic — empty
• ~/.claude/settings.json — no apiKeyHelper
• Keychain — single OAuth entry, no API key entries
• /logout, wipe ~/.claude.json, fresh login — same result

What Should Happen?

I should use my Max Plan in Claude Code, or at least have the choice!!!!!!
