[BUG] Login with charleshoward55@gmail.com routes to wrong free with different gmail account — Max subscriber locked out

What's Wrong?

Logging into claude.ai, Claude Desktop, and Claude Code with charleshoward55@gmail.com consistently authenticates but then routes me to a free-tier account with a different gmail (zeusmandelbrot@gmail.com which i don;t even want a claude account for). I am an active Claude Max subscriber. This happens in all browsers, incognito mode, after clearing all local app data, and via email magic link. This is a backend identity-mapping bug confirmed in issues #57164, #60022, #36797. I need engineering escalation to remap my account.

What Should Happen?

Login with charleshoward55@gmail.com should route to my Claude Max account.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to claude.ai
2. Click sign in with Google using charleshoward55@gmail.com
3. Successfully authenticates
4. Routes to wrong free-tier account instead of Max account
