Create native status line to show usage limits for 5h and weekly

Hey,

Creating this in hopes we can get some native support to be able to show usage limits for 5h/weekly limits - and when we are approaching them. It is extremely useful information to have in the status line.

Since I don't imagine this would get any serious priority, I've made a non-native way to do this here:

However, this is not 100% accurate since I don't know how usage limits are being tracked or charged. I've done my best to logically estimate this based off the usage that claude code records and makes available. Happy to implement feedback until (hopefully) we can get native support.
