[Feature Request] Customizable weekly usage limits per model tier

Bug Description
Need to be able to customize weekly Sonnet sub limits, so I can switch to Haiku earlier if I'm burning through Sonnet too early in the week. The same likely applies to heavy Opus users for Opus.
