Bug Report: Last line of input/output in terminal is not rendering

Bug Description
I can't see the last line. This problem exists across VSCode, iTerm2, and Terminal.app on my mac. Not sure if it's a system issue or claude code one.
So, I'm not able to see the input as I type it, and also, the output doesn't always show up.

@shivam-singhal Do you see this issue with any other terminal programs, or just Claude Code? Does it happen 100% of the time?
@reverie just claude code, and yup 100% of the time (across vscode, iterm, terminal)

[{"error":"Error: 400...) It's not visible in the screenshot.@reverie hmm it's stopped appearing every time - the only behavior that's consistent is that I can't see the prompt (i.e. when can't see what i'm typing)

CIset it your environment, you won't be able to see the last line. This is reproducible for me.I opened an issue with steps to reproduce on https://github.com/anthropics/claude-code/issues/677
