Bug Report: Last line of input/output in terminal is not rendering

Bug Description

I can't see the last line. This problem exists across VSCode, iTerm2, and Terminal.app on my mac. Not sure if it's a system issue or claude code one.

So, I'm not able to see the input as I type it, and also, the output doesn't always show up.
