[BUG] Voice shortcut settings missing from Claude Desktop despite voice mode being active

What's Wrong?

Voice mode actively triggers via Caps Lock key
"Voice shortcut" dropdown missing from Settings > General (Desktop app section)
Running Claude Desktop 1.7196.0 (2dbd78) on macOS 26.4.1 with Apple M1 Max
Need to disable voice mode for Team plan (Most Loved Workplace organization)
Causing workflow disruptions from accidental Caps Lock triggers
What I've tried:
Checked Settings > General under Desktop app section multiple times
Fully quit and restarted Claude Desktop
Verified macOS version meets requirements
Confirmed app is on latest version
Expected: Voice shortcut dropdown should appear in Settings > General (Desktop app section) to disable Caps Lock trigger
Actual: Settings interface completely missing, making it impossible to disable voice mode

Steps to Reproduce

Launch Claude Desktop 1.7196.0 on macOS 26.4.1 (Apple M1 Max)
Press Caps Lock key — voice mode immediately activates
Open Settings > General (under Desktop app section)
Look for "Voice shortcut" dropdown that should allow disabling the Caps Lock trigger
Observe that the "Voice shortcut" dropdown is completely missing from the settings interface
Expected result: Voice shortcut dropdown appears in Settings > General (Desktop app section) with options to disable Caps Lock trigger or set custom shortcut
Actual result: No voice shortcut controls visible anywhere in settings, making it impossible to disable the Caps Lock voice trigger despite voice mode being actively enabled
