Feature request: configurable keyboard shortcut for voice dictation in desktop app

In the Claude Code desktop app, there's a microphone/voice-dictation button in the chat input bar. There's no way to trigger it with a keyboard shortcut — it's mouse-click-only.

~/.claude/keybindings.json only applies to the terminal/CLI (it has a voice:pushToTalk action bound to Space in the Chat context), but that file has no effect on the desktop app's own mic button.

Request: expose the desktop app's voice-dictation toggle as a configurable keybinding (ideally reusing the same voice:pushToTalk action name so keybindings.json works consistently across both the CLI and the desktop app).

Workaround currently in use: a third-party AutoHotkey script that does an ImageSearch for the mic icon and clicks it on a hotkey — fragile (breaks if the window is resized/moved enough to change icon rendering) and Windows-only.
