[BUG] can't connect claude agent to Xcode intelligence, but can connect claude chat to Xcode

What's Wrong?

when I try to login in to claude at the "agent" section of Xcode intelligence , I get a popup asking if I authorize Xcode, when I click "yes" the popup closes, and Xcode still says claude is not logged in.

but when I login to claude chat under the "chat" section of Xcode Intelligence it does work.
but claude code still can't code in the Xcode project

Steps to Reproduce

1. open Xcode project
2. go to Intelligence.
3. under the agents tab click claude
4. then click on the three dots, and click on: sign in with claude.ai account
5. authorize Xcode in the popup
6. now you will see that it still says: not logged in
