What's Wrong?

Description:
Every attempt to use /schedule returns: "We're having trouble connecting with your remote claude.ai account to set up a scheduled task."

Logged in via Settings → Account ✓
Enterprise plan ✓
Reproduced across fresh sessions ✓
Persists for multiple days
Remote scheduled agents work for other team members on the same plan. This appears account-specific.

Expected: Scheduled task created successfully.
Actual: Connection error on every attempt, no task created.

What Should Happen?

Fair point, I undersold it. Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open Claude Code
  2. Type /schedule
  3. Error appears immediately
