[Bug] Cloud Schedule: Failed to load scheduled tasks - Remote account connection error

Description

When viewing "Scheduled" tasks in the Cloud Schedule section of the Claude Code
web UI, I get the error: "スケジュールされたタスクの読み込みに失敗しました"
(Failed to load scheduled tasks).

I cannot edit, delete, or recreate scheduled tasks from the web UI.

The /schedule command in Claude Code also fails with:
"We're having trouble connecting with your remote claude.ai account to set up
a scheduled task."

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Claude Code web UI
2. Go to Cloud Schedule → Scheduled
3. Error is displayed, no tasks are loaded

What I've Tried

• Logged out and logged back in
• Tried in a different browser / incognito mode
• Checked https://status.anthropic.com — no reported outages
• Repository (milkmaccya2/notion-summary-task) is accessible via GitHub MCP tools
