Claude Desktop window is completely blank

What's Wrong?

When I downloaded the desktop version of Claude, the screen is blank, I tried the cache clearing, reinstalling, restarting computer and I looked at the Event Viewer - it shows no errors, I downloaded the AMD lastest version. I have Window 11

What Should Happen?

I should be able to use the desktop version of Claude.

Just to open the desktop version and it is a blank screen. I can access the program on-line.
