[BUG] User interface periodically becomes a blank window

What's Wrong?

Using Claude for Windows, Version 1.30096.0 (9460ab).

The user interface window periodically becomes a blank window. Resizing the window seems to force a redraw which repaints the window. This usually happens if it has been sitting idle for a few minutes.

This is on a multi-monitor display. If I move the window to another monitor, it repaints and appears to be ok for a while.

What Should Happen?

It should not become blank.

1. Open the user interface
2. Allow it to stay open while idle (no prompts are running.
