[Bug] OAuth token periodically becomes invalid requiring re-authentication

Bug Description
I had recieved a long lived oauth token by running "claude setup-token" and added it to CLAUDE_CODE_OAUTH_TOKEN and it works fine for me. but time to time when i workwith claude cli, then i get an API error. i force auth by running a ! command of claude -p "say ok", and then my previous messages goes on fine.
