Rendering Failure: Blank VS Code Window with Corrupted UI Text

Bug Description
i dont club what happened, but it even says "Submit ug Report". So the B is missing, and even worse - my entire IDE window is blank. (VS Code). I can still click on stuff i guess where it is, but its just blank. it seems to have appeared by itself, when i tabbed back after a while my entire IDE, but for this claude code session is blank.
