[BUG] The extension 'Claude Code for VS Code' shows a completely blank page.

What's Wrong?

I have installed the extension on my VS Code, but when I click on the icon, I only have a blank page.

What Should Happen?

I also see a message popped out at the bottom right corner: v is not iterable.
