[BUG] Integration request approval page buttons are blank

What's Wrong?

As a Claude Team admin, when I try to approve integration requests from users, the buttons on the approval page are blank and non-functioning.

What Should Happen?

The approval screen should have buttons with words in them, and the buttons should do things.

Steps to Reproduce

Steps:
As a Claude Team user (not admin), request Gmail and Hubspot integrations.

As a Claude Team admin,

1. Go to https://claude.ai/admin-settings/organization
2. Click notification bell icon. It shows "2 pending requests / 2 feature requests"
3. Click "Review requests"This appears:

The buttons and the tab text are blank. When I click the blank button on the left, I receive an error: "Connector couldn't be enabled. You can try again." I try again. Nothing happens.

I have tested this in both Safari and Chrome on MacOS. The results are the same on both.
