Review page: Accept/Reject/Skip buttons not visible

Description

On the review.php page, the Accept, Reject, and Skip buttons are not visible.

Expected Behavior

The review panel on the right side should display:

• Accept (A) button
• Skip (S) button
• Reject (R) button with dropdown for reason codes

Steps to Reproduce

1. Access the review page with valid d=k= parameters
2. Select a video from the grid
3. Look at the review panel on the right

Environment

• Page: review.php
• Browser: [to be filled]

Additional Context

The buttons should appear below the notes textarea in the review panel.
