[BUG] Claude Code is creating "-" files.

Bug Description

When I run claude, files named "-" will often appear in the current working directory, and occasionally in sub directories. These files appear to be some sort of binary plist. Because I'm not sure what the contents represent, I'm hesitant to share a sample, but let me know what information you need.

The files appear often, but not always, and I don't know exactly what triggers them. I only ever see them when I run claude code in a particular directory.

Expected Behavior

Either for these files not be created, _or_ for their existence to be documented. If they are expected, I could add them to .gitignore, hide them from Finder, and mostly forget about them. However, I cannot find information about them anywhere, and I would like to know what is making them.
