[BUG] Claude Code creating nul files

What's Wrong?

Claude Code creating nul files on the workspace, that is not removable without a terminal command. This is happening on Windows

What Should Happen?

It shouldn't be creating nul file

Just start working on a workspace and it creates a nul file randomly
