  • [x] This is a single bug report (please file separate reports for different bugs)
  • [x] I am using the latest version of Claude Code

What's Wrong?

See this image, all these files are created by claude. It acts like those files were not created (I dont think it is acknoweldging it). Only deletes when asked to do so.

What Should Happen?

Claude code should create files only if necessary - these files are all empty, with gibberish names. So I really believe this is a mistake and shall be fixed ?

Error Messages/Logs

Steps to Reproduce

I'm not sure if this works.

Everytime I ask claude to read the full codebase to create a documentation, it did the same thing, a lot of empty files created with gibberish names. I think this should work.
