Encountering an issue while creating an agent on windows.

- open the terminal
- /agents
- Libraray
- Create an Agent
- Selected the location as Project
- entered the prompt - A churn-pattern analyst that reads user feedbacks survey responses and pulls out the top churn drivers, with supporting verbatim quotes, frequency tags, and severity tags. Read-only. Always cite the line from the file where each quote came from
