[BUG] Running /bg for Agents view looses plan mode scope

What's Wrong?

When there's an active agents view and from another active CC instance we run /bg , the session gets pushed there. But if that session was in plan mode it looses that mode.

What Should Happen?

When running /bg it should respect the current mode of CC (plan mode)

Steps to Reproduce

1. In terminal 1 run: claude agents
2. In terminal 2 start claude and setup plan mode
3. Run /bg in terminal 2
4. agents view regarding terminal 2 looses plan mode.
