[BUG] When I restart extensions in order to get the last modifs from Claude Code in my VSCode tool, even i stay on my current conversation, the Claude looses the context.

What's Wrong?

When I restart extensions in order to get the last modifs from Claude Code in my VSCode tool, even i stay on my current conversation, the Claude looses the context. Is it possible to keep the open session live even I restart the extensions?

What Should Happen?

The open session should keep the history(context) and the Claude to be able to respond in concordance with the previous text written in the open session

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Claude Code extension in VSCode tool
2. Ask Claude to do something by giving it the needed info
3. After a few conversations, restart the extensions as you are suggested due to new updates

Actual results:
Even I stay with open Claude session, Claude looses the context and works like in a new session

Expected results:
The open session should not be affected and be able to ask Claude based on what is inside open session
