[Feature Request] Add MCP permission change warnings and validation for different deployment surfaces

Bug Description
please make sure we don't release stupid defaults that break MCP on different surfaces. the last claude desktop app added new UX that broke my MCP and did not include any warning about changes to MCP permissions
