[Feature Request] Add timeout warnings for interactive plan execution requiring user input

Bug Description
Ultraplan expired... that's a bunch of tokens down the drain. If it was waiting on input from me, I never saw it. If you can't walk away because a human has to do something like allow handoff of plans, it would be nice to be told that in advance, otherwise I would have checked on it sooner.
