[BUG] U$5,000 Credits vanished from our accounts and Claude is charging us, impacting the entire company

What's Wrong?

We had U$5,000 vanish from our account, now Claude has been charging us instead of applying the credit, impacting the entire company and we are exploring seeking the legal authorities in Australia.

What Should Happen?

Credits need to show in the billing console and be applied per use instead of just charging us. Refund must be made towards the incorrect charges made during this time.
