[BUG] Xcode authentication fails to recognize Premium Nonprofit seat despite valid assignment

What's Wrong?
Premium Nonprofit seat holder on Team plan cannot authenticate with Xcode despite correct seat assignment and successful Claude Code authentication.
What Should Happen?
Log into Xcode Intelligence settings with my work email
Select ISWF organization during authentication
Error appears: "Premium seat required - For Team accounts, only Premium seats can access Claude through Xcode"
