[BUG] usage stays stuck waiting for 5 hr limit after upgrading to premium seat in team plan

What's Wrong?

version 2.1.153. using team plan, was on standard seat. ran out of usage, upgraded seat to premium. the web ui showed that i have more usage now, but the session i was in stayed stuck waiting for the 5 hr limit to end. even after exiting and claude resume session id

What Should Happen?

it should have immediately allowed me to keep on in that session

Steps to Reproduce

sign in as team member, hit 5 hr limit, upgrade to premium seat. try to keep on using CC. try exiting and resuming session
