[BUG] Sending a message in the chat sometimes prevent users from scrolling up to past messages of the same session (Desktop+web)

What's Wrong?

Sending a message in the chat sometimes (it is rare) prevent users from scrolling up to past messages of the same session, until Claude has finished replying to the message. I noticed that behavior on both Claude Desktop and claude.ai

should not prevent users from scrolling up to past messages

I didn't find a way to repro. It happens rarely, once a while (<5%).
