[Feature Request] Add ability to create new plan files instead of updating existing plan in session

Bug Description
I want to enter "Plan mode" many times during the same session, without "oh, sorry, here is previous plan, let me update" messages. It will be great to create a new plan in new file instead of editing existing one.
