[Feature Request] Add ability to import existing plans across chat sessions

Bug Description
It would be helpful if other chat rooms could import plans that have already been created. This would be useful because Claude has a small context size. In my experience, when I use /clear chat to free up context space, references to previously created plans are lost, so I have to manually point Claude to check /home/$USER/.claude/plans/.
