[BUG] Billing System Error: "Payment failed - it looks like that didn't go through" when purchasing team seats

What's Wrong?

I'm experiencing a persistent billing system issue when trying to purchase additional seats for my team plan (Appliedepi organization).
All payment attempts fail with generic "Payment failed" message despite confirmed working payment methods and bank approval.
I have tried troubleshooting with FinAI and contacted your sales team, none of which resolved the issue and ended suggesting I should post an issue.

Tried multiple payment methods (all confirmed working with bank)
Tested different browsers
Cleared cache and cookies
Disabled browser extensions
Tried multiple operating systems
Tried both direct seat purchase flow and "Manage" button under Total seats in Organization settings > Billing

What Should Happen?

Seat purchase should complete successfully with valid payment methods

Error Messages/Logs

"Payment failed - it looks like that didn't go through"

Steps to Reproduce

Log into Claude.ai with Appliedepi organization account
Navigate to Organization settings > Billing
Click "Manage" button under Total seats section
In the "Seat breakdown" modal, click "Add or change seats"
Click the "+" next to Standard seat type to add seats
Click "Next" to review purchase details
Check the confirmation box
Click "Confirm & purchase"
Enter payment information (tried multiple cards from different banks)
Complete any required verification steps
Observe error: "Payment failed - it looks like that didn't go through"

Alternative reproduction path:

Try to add a new team member when no seats available
When prompted to purchase additional seat, proceed with purchase flow
Same error occurs at payment step

Consistency: Error occurs 100% of the time across multiple browsers, payment methods, and attempts over several days.
