[Bug] Missing "Pay Now" button when purchasing API credits

Bug Description
I blew through my weekly usage on 20xMax and went to add credits to the api on the console. When I went to buy $250, no "pay now" button rendered. I've purchased $1,500 in the last month multiple times and had no issues. I had to turn on "auto reload" to credit myself $25. I usually leave the latter off due to an out of control loop last month that cost me $450. Please review and advise! Thx.
