[Bug] Unexpected session usage spike on version 128

Question

**Bug Description**
i downgraded to 121 now.. on 128, the last prompt jumped my session usage from around 30% to 66% .. and the weekly limit by 5% from 31 to 35... this needs an URGENT fix
